My job is to help you learn how to work out effectively and efficiently, how to add spice to your current regime, and how to transform both your body and your mindset: whatever you are ready for right now. Everyone looks for a trainer for different reasons, and I pull from my diverse background and from multiple techniques to give you specialized training that matches your personality, your fitness level, and your goals.

 

Incorporating everything from Pilates to power lifting, you'll get exactly what you need to help you increase your endurance, strength, tone, and flexibility no matter what your exercise background, age, or health history.

With experience in rehabilitation and special populations (yeah that's you pregnant women and ladies over 50!), I can help you to work through your inhibitions and limitations to get healthier and stronger in a safe (yet fun) manner. 

My nutrition philosophy is fairly basic: eat as many healthy foods as possible while preserving your interest in eating by not bombarding yourself with too many rules or substitutes. I can help you to figure out what you can trade out of your diet and help you eat for the body you want; ultimately, that means a healthy one. All of my personal training programs include nutritional counseling and constant support to guide you toward acheiving your goals!
