"I have been through many trainers and Diana by far is the best trainer I have been fortunate enough to work with.  Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about women's health and fitness but she encourages the client to push themselves both in the gym and at home.  If there are particular interests the client has Diana not only integrates the focus of the client's interests into the workouts but also makes it simple enough that the client can take the workout anywhere.  Diana is also very creative; she is client focused and always has great workouts that the client can do at home, while on vacation or throughout the holidays to help the client stay focused and on track with their training.  So if you are interested in a trainer that cares about the client, can give advice at the drop of a text/email, and who will push the client then please seek out Diana, if not then please seek out any other trainer because anyone can create a chart of workout programs for a client but very few trainers care about the client, the health of the client and the clients' progress."
